We do not sell your information
American Protection Plan does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we never share your phone number or text-messaging consent with anyone for their marketing. We share your information only with the independent agent handling your request and the service providers that help us run this site, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Why this page exists
Some state privacy laws, including those in Texas and California, give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of “targeted advertising.” If we use advertising tools (for example, to measure whether our ads work), those laws can treat that as sharing. You can opt out of all of it here, at any time, for free.
How to opt out

- Call (877) 222-2022 (Monday–Friday, 9am–7pm ET).
- Email privacy@americanprotectionplan.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat it as an opt-out for that browser.
We don't need to verify your identity to opt you out, and we won't treat you differently for opting out. We apply requests within 15 business days. An authorized agent may submit a request for you. To access, correct, or delete your information, see “Your choices” in our Privacy Policy.
