These terms are an agreement between you and Konnect Technologies Inc., which operates the American Protection Plan brand and this website. By using this site or submitting a quote request, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
1. What we are
American Protection Plan is a brand of Konnect Technologies Inc., a licensed life insurance agency — not an insurance carrier. We are licensed in Texas and Florida. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency or program, including Social Security, Medicare, or any state benefits office. This site is a solicitation of insurance; a licensed agent may contact you.
2. No advice, no guarantee of coverage
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here is an offer of insurance or a guarantee that you will be approved. Product availability, eligibility, benefit amounts, and rates vary by state, carrier, age, and health. Coverage exists only when a carrier issues a policy, and the policy itself governs — not this website.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 and a US resident to submit a request. You agree the information you give us is accurate and is yours to give — do not submit someone else's phone number or personal information without their permission.
4. Consent to be contacted
When you check the consent box and submit a form, you give American Protection Plan express written consent to contact you at the phone number and email you provided about final expense and life insurance, including calls or messages placed with an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy a policy without agreeing to automated contact, and you can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means — telling an agent, replying STOP to a text, or emailing support@americanprotectionplan.com.
5. Messaging terms (SMS)
Program
American Protection Plan Alerts, operated by Konnect Technologies Inc. d/b/a American Protection Plan. If you opt in, we send quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, agent callbacks, and policy and account updates related to your request.
How to opt in
Check the optional text-message consent box on a form on this site, or reply to a confirmation message asking you to opt in. SMS consent is separate from every other consent, is never pre-checked, and is not required to get a quote or buy a policy.

Privacy
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party other than the aggregators needed to deliver your messages. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits rights you have under your state's insurance or consumer protection laws.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
